The cost of renting the hall includes: 1 flipchart, 1 microphone, 1 screen, information desks in the guest areas of the hotel.
- Regular microphone - 350 rubles. per day
- Radio microphone - 1000 rubles. per day
- Multimedia projector - 3500 rubles. per day
- Flipchart with markers - 550 rubles. per day
- Desk for registration - 300 rubles. per day
- Additional screen - 700 rubles. per day
- Laser pointer - 300 rubles. per day
- Stationery set (pen and notepad) — 100 rubles
- Registration of participants (1 specialist) - 300 rubles. per hour
- Printing documents on a printer - 5 rubles. per page
- Minimum rental period for conference rooms is 4 hours.
- To prepare the conference room for the event, the Customer is allocated an additional time of 30 minutes before the start of the event and 1 hour in case of installation of complex technical equipment and 30 minutes after the scheduled start of the event (for equipment disassembly).
- The customer is obliged to agree on all changes to the event in writing no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
- The customer must send the application on the official application form.
- Conference rooms are non-eating and non-smoking.
- Chewing gum is not allowed in the conference rooms.
